Shane Blackledge is the founding pastor of Cultivate Church in St. Charles, Missouri. After nearly losing his life to drug addiction, Shane encountered the life-changing grace of Jesus Christ.
Through Celebrate Recovery and the power of the Holy Spirit, his life was transformed. He carries a deep passion for reaching the lost, discipling the broken, and raising up revival-minded leaders.
Shane is a street preacher, a church planter, and the author of From Prison to Purpose, Overcoming Codependency, and the Kingdom Recovery workbook—used in churches, prisons, and recovery programs around the world.
He is also the founder of Kingdom-Minded Ministries and has been instrumental in launching Celebrate Recovery programs in churches and prisons across Missouri, Iowa, and Illinois. His preaching is marked by fire, compassion, and bold truth.
Whether in prisons, on the streets, or behind a pulpit, Shane’s heartbeat is to cultivate a church that’s a hospital for the broken and a training hub for revival.
Children’s, Youth, & Family Pastor
Amber Blackledge is a revivalist with a burning passion to preach the gospel and make disciples. She serves as the Children’s, Youth, and Family Pastor of Cultivate Church and is actively involved in ministering the love of Jesus in prisons, jails, nursing homes, and on the streets. Amber carries a deep heart for the broken and hurting and is known for her boldness, compassion, and commitment to sharing the hope of Christ everywhere she goes.
Amber has also served as a state representative for Celebrate Recovery in Iowa alongside her husband, helping to plant Celebrate Recovery programs in churches and prisons across Iowa, Illinois, and Missouri. She plays a vital role in mentoring women and raising up the next generation through teaching and discipling kids, youth, and families at Cultivate Church.
Her life and ministry are marked by authenticity and a desire to see people of all ages set free and walking in their God-given identity.
