Children's Ministry
Cultivate Kids is our ministry for children ages 1 through 5th grade, where we create a safe, Spirit-filled environment for kids to encounter Jesus, learn the Word of God, and grow in their faith through age-appropriate worship, teaching, and activities. We believe children are world-changers in the making, and we’re passionate about equipping them to live boldly for Christ. If you feel led to invest in the next generation and serve in Cultivate Kids, we’d love to have you join the team.
-
Youth Ministry
Cultivate Youth is a movement of middle and high school students who are passionate about following Jesus, building real community, and walking in their God-given purpose. Through relevant teaching, authentic worship, small groups, and discipleship, we equip teens to stand firm in their faith and be bold witnesses in their schools, families, and generation. If you feel led to mentor and disciple the next generation, we invite you to serve alongside us in Cultivate Youth.
-
Worship Team
The Cultivate Worship Team exists to create an atmosphere where people encounter the presence of God through passionate, Spirit-led worship. We believe worship is more than music—it’s a lifestyle of surrender, intimacy, and reverence. Our team of vocalists, musicians, and media leaders serve with excellence and humility to lead the church into deeper places of worship and freedom. If you feel led to use your gifts in music, sound, or media for God’s glory, we invite you to take the next step and join the team.
-
Media Team
The Cultivate Media Team plays a vital role in helping us reach people both inside and outside the church by capturing and communicating what God is doing through services, events, and outreach. Whether it’s through photography, videography, livestream, social media, lighting, or sound, our media team serves with creativity and purpose to advance the Gospel and create excellent, distraction-free environments for worship. If you feel led to serve behind the scenes and help tell the story of Cultivate Church, we’d love to have you on the team.
-
Hospitality Team
The Cultivate Hospitality Team is all about creating a warm, welcoming environment where every person feels seen, valued, and at home—from the parking lot to the sanctuary. Whether it's greeting at the door, serving coffee, helping new guests get connected, or setting the atmosphere with joy and excellence, our heart is to reflect the love of Christ in every detail. If you feel led to serve with a smile and help people experience the heart of our church from the moment they arrive, we’d love to have you join the Hospitality Team.
-
Prayer Team
The Cultivate Prayer Team is committed to covering our church, leaders, services, and community in fervent, Spirit-led intercession. We believe prayer is the foundation of everything we do, and we count it a privilege to partner with Heaven to see lives transformed, chains broken, and the Kingdom of God advanced. Whether it's praying before services, ministering at the altar, or lifting up needs throughout the week, our team stands on the frontlines of spiritual battle. If you feel led to intercede and stand in the gap for others, we invite you to join the Prayer Team.
-
Unhoused Ministry
The Cultivate Unhoused Ministry exists to bring the love, hope, and healing power of Jesus to those living on the streets. Through consistent outreach, hot meals, blessing bags, prayer, and boots-on-the-ground ministry, we meet people where they are—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We build relationships rooted in trust and compassion, offering not only practical support but also pathways to real transformation. By connecting individuals to resources, rehabilitation programs, sober living homes, and faith-based discipleship centers, we help break the cycle of homelessness and addiction. If you feel led to serve, prepare meals, donate items, or walk alongside someone toward restoration, we welcome you to join this life-giving ministry.
-
Street Ministry
The Cultivate Street Ministry is a boots-on-the-ground outreach that takes the Gospel directly into our city through prayer walks, laundromat visits, drive-thru prayer stations, and street-level evangelism. We meet people where they are with the love of Jesus—offering prayer, encouragement, and the truth of God’s Word in everyday places. During our Prayer Drive-Thrus and outreach stops, we often provide free food, clothing, and essential supplies as a tangible expression of God’s care. From sidewalks to parking lots, our mission is to bring light into dark places and hope to the hurting. If you feel led to serve, pray, and reach people outside the church walls, we invite you to join us in this bold, Spirit-led ministry.
-
Music Outreach Ministry
The Cultivate Music Outreach Ministry uses the power of music to reach hearts and share the Gospel in places many overlook. Through Christian hip hop, live worship, and powerful testimonies, we host outdoor concerts in parks, bring hope to recovery centers, and lead prison revivals across Illinois and Missouri. At every event, we offer free food, clothing, supplies, and giveaways as a demonstration of God’s love in action. In prisons, these outreaches include worship, preaching, baptisms, and altar calls—inviting men and women behind bars to encounter Jesus and step into new life. If you feel led to evangelize through music and serve those on the margins, we welcome you to join this life-changing ministry.
-
Prison Ministry
The Cultivate Prison Ministry reaches incarcerated men and women across Missouri, Illinois, and beyond with the transforming power of Jesus Christ. We actively serve inside facilities like Missouri Eastern Correctional Center, where we lead Celebrate Recovery Inside, a Christ-centered, 12-step discipleship program. Pastor Shane Blackledge and our team travel to multiple prisons to preach the Gospel, share testimonies, and host revival services, baptisms, and outreach concerts behind bars. Pastor Shane also helps correctional facilities across the U.S. launch recovery ministries and discipleship programs.
Through the Kingdom Minded Podcast—featured on the Edovo Learning App and available on over one million inmate tablets in more than 1,300 institutions—God’s Word continues to reach deep into prison walls. We also operate a pen pal ministry, offering Bible studies, free Christian books, and copies of Pastor Shane’s book Kingdom Recovery. Additionally, we give away free Recovery Study Bibles to inmates in prisons, jails, and rehabilitation centers. Supporters can donate directly through our Prison Ministry Gift Registry on Amazon, helping us meet the spiritual and personal needs of those behind bars.
If you feel led to partner with this life-giving ministry—through writing, giving, or serving—we invite you to join us in bringing freedom to the captives.
-
Jail Ministry
The Cultivate Jail Ministry is dedicated to bringing the hope, truth, and transforming power of Jesus Christ to incarcerated men and women at the St. Charles County Justice Center and beyond. We hold weekly Spirit-filled church services that include worship, biblical teaching, prayer, and personal discipleship. But our ministry extends far beyond the pulpit—we build lasting relationships and offer ongoing support to inmates both during and after their time inside.
Through our Kingdom-Minded Reentry Project, we provide inmates with Recovery Study Bibles, faith-based books, and discipleship materials, including Pastor Shane Blackledge’s Kingdom Recovery. We also assist in creating home plans, connecting individuals to transitional housing, recovery programs, and sober living environments. For those preparing for release, we help coordinate care packages, reentry coaching, and spiritual support systems that foster long-term transformation.
Whether behind bars or stepping back into society, our heart is to walk with the incarcerated every step of the way—declaring freedom, restoration, and identity in Christ. If you feel led to bring the Gospel and practical hope to the local jail, we invite you to join this frontlines ministry.

Kingdom-Minded Reentry Project
Kingdom-Minded Reentry Project is a ministry committed to equipping men and women as they transition from incarceration, addiction recovery, or homelessness into a restored life rooted in Christ. Through our Amazon Gift Registry under Cultivate Prison Ministry, we provide Recovery Study Bibles, Pastor Shane Blackledge’s published books, and other faith-based materials to inmates, rehabilitation centers, sober living homes, and new believers. But our mission doesn’t stop there.
We offer practical reentry support through home plans, transitional housing assistance, care packages, and discipleship connections to help individuals walk in freedom long after release. This ministry bridges the gap between deliverance and discipleship, providing both spiritual and tangible tools to succeed on the outside. If you feel led to sow into someone’s next chapter, we invite you to give, serve, or connect through the Kingdom-Minded Reentry Project.

Nursing Home & Psych Ward Ministry
Cultivate Nursing Home & Psych Ward Ministry brings the love, presence, and power of Jesus to residents at Normandy Nursing Center every fourth Sunday of the month from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. We provide a full church service—complete with worship, the Gospel message, and personal ministry—alongside snacks, drinks, Bibles, devotionals, clothing, and care supplies. We offer prayer for healing and deliverance, and even facilitate water baptisms, building genuine, lasting relationships with our extended family in the facility. This ministry is rooted in compassion, dignity, and consistency, because we believe no one is forgotten in the Kingdom of God. If you feel led to serve and love those often overlooked, we invite you to volunteer with us and be a part of what God is doing.

Recovery Ministry
Cultivate Recovery Ministry is a Christ-centered outreach helping individuals break free from addiction and step into a transformed life through Jesus Christ. Our team ministers in rehab centers, respite homes, sober living houses, and both secular and faith-based programs, sharing hope through testimonies, music outreaches, and Gospel-centered teaching. We distribute Recovery Study Bibles, Bible verse bracelets, and our Kingdom Recovery workbooks—a Spirit-led, biblical approach to the 12 steps.
We also assist people coming directly off the streets, placing them into detox centers, psychiatric care, and rehab programs, while partnering with Teen Challenge, Mission Teens, Heartland Recovery, Victory Missions, and others to connect them with long-term, faith-based discipleship across the U.S.
In addition, we equip churches, prisons, and ministries to launch Celebrate Recovery and Kingdom Recovery Ministries, providing training and resources. We also help families and individuals find transitional housing, sober living, and the support they need.
If you feel led to support this work, serve those in recovery, or launch a ministry in your own community, we invite you to join us.

Resource Ministry
Cultivate Resource Ministry is a team-driven outreach dedicated to connecting individuals and families with the practical resources they need to thrive. We assist with housing, emergency shelter, financial aid, job readiness, healthcare access, clothing, domestic violence support, veteran services, re-entry planning, and more. Our team walks alongside those facing crisis—including the unhoused, formerly incarcerated, seniors, single parents, and struggling families—to offer both immediate relief and long-term solutions.
We are actively building a unified network of churches, nonprofits, ministries, businesses, and organizations to collaborate and serve the community with excellence and compassion. Our vision is to establish a central resource hub—a one-stop shop—where anyone can come and receive the help they need, all in one place.
If you feel led to join our growing team or partner with us to meet real needs in our city, we invite you to be a part of the Cultivate Resource Ministry.

Content Creation Team
The Cultivate Content Creation Team is more than a creative department—it’s a team of digital missionaries, reaching people around the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In a time where over 2 billion people log into platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram daily, digital content has become one of the most effective tools for evangelism. Through vlogs, podcasts, live worship, sermon clips, livestreaming, and short- and long-form video content, we are able to minister to hearts far beyond the physical walls of the church.
This ministry captures and shares real testimonies, miracles, and the ongoing work of God, bringing hope and truth to a global audience. Whether you have skills in filming, editing, writing, graphic design, photography, or social media, there’s a place for you on this team. If you feel led to use your creativity to spread the Gospel and advance the Kingdom, we invite you to join the Cultivate Content Creation Team and become a part of this powerful digital move of God.
