Featured Speaker: Dylan Mckneely

Dylan Mckneely has spent more than 15 years sharing the gospel with multicultural and multigenerational congregations. He and his wife, Sharia, are lead pastors of The Refinery in Huntington, West Virginia.

A major emphasis of Dylan's ministry is the next generation. He believes young people do not have to wait until adulthood to be used by God. His desire is to help them remain in Jesus, become more like Jesus, and make an impact for the Kingdom right now.

For Cultivate, I would start promoting this immediately in October, especially since families have less than two months before the November 30 registration cutoff. I would also consider whether the church can subsidize part of the $150 student registration or establish scholarships so cost doesn't keep a teenager from attending.
